Hello hi! I’m Hannah

My focus is on educating clients to enable positive lifestyle adjustments, I aim to teach about optimum movement, healthy habit-forming and positive behavioural change, providing you with a non-judgemental, safe space to learn and exercise in ways best suited to your lifestyle.

Advocating a no-nonsense approach to fitness and diet, Hannahs private and group training sessions will have you feeling accomplished.

Keeping fit runs much deeper than just how we look. Our bodies are designed to move efficiently. You’ll be amazed at what you can do and how much better you can feel with the guidance of a knowledgable, understanding and supportive coach.

If you have any of the aforementioned medical conditions, you may need a letter from your GP before you begin a new exercise programme. This can be arranged for you, please contact for more information.

Training methods

Body weight exercises, weight training, corrective exercise, mobility and functional movements feature heavily to get you fit and moving, in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment.


Bespoke programmes are created for every client based on their health and fitness aspirations. Each session is tailored personally to you. Any injuries and/or medical conditions are considered and programmes appropriately adapted.

Training Background

With just shy of 10 years of consistent training experience including functional fitness, pole fitness, obstacle racing, Olympic Weightlifting, calisthenics, HIIT, yoga and running. Hannah competes in Olympic Weightlifting and have previously partaken in competitive obstacle course racing (OCR), competing in the UK OCR Championships 2016.

  • Spin City Pole Fitness Instructor – Beginner Level
  • Level 4 Lower Back Pain (currently studying)

    –  Advanced nutrition strategies
  • Sano School Of Culinary Medicine – Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Strategies  (currently studying)
