Advocating a no-nonsense approach to fitness and diet, private and group training sessions will have you feeling accomplished, where ever your starting point may be.

Bespoke programmes are created for every client based on their health and fitness aspirations. Each session is tailored personally to you. Programmes for injuries and health or medical conditions are appropriately adapted within my scope.

Keeping fit runs much deeper than just how we look. Our bodies are designed to move. You’ll be amazed at what you can do and how much better you can feel with the guidance of a knowledgable, understanding and supportive coach.

With a focus on educating clients to enable positive lifestyle adjustments to become your fittest self, you’ll be taught optimum movement for your individual situation, providing structure and accountability, as well as your exercise programme. This is a safe space to learn and exercise in the ways best suited to your lifestyle.

Hannah specialises in helping people become stronger and more mobile.

This includes pregnant or pre/post-natal women, populations with lower back pain and injuries, Disabled People/people with disabilities and folk with medical conditions.

About your Coach

With over 5 years coaching experience and over 10 years of consistent exercise experience including pole fitness, obstacle racing, Olympic Weightlifting, callisthenics and running. Hannah has competed in Olympic Weightlifting and obstacle course racing (OCR) competitions and is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association.
